Dr. Patricia Grant is a board-certified Pain Management physician with a growing focus on innovative, evidence-based treatments for chronic pain and mood disorders. Recognizing the limitations of traditional pain therapies and the urgent need for effective, non-opioid alternatives, Dr. Grant has expanded her practice to include ketamine-assisted therapy. She trained with the Ketamine Institute, where she studied the science and clinical application of ketamine for treatment-resistant conditions including chronic pain, depression, and anxiety.
A graduate of the Medical College of Georgia, Dr. Grant completed her Anesthesiology residency at Emory University School of Medicine and went on to receive fellowship training in Pain Management at the Mayo Clinic. Her clinical foundation is grounded in advanced interventional techniques such as spinal cord stimulation, joint injections, and radiofrequency ablation. Over the years, she has become increasingly drawn to therapies that promote healing beyond physical symptoms—particularly those that address the neurobiological underpinnings of suffering.
Licensed in South Carolina, Dr. Grant brings a thoughtful, multidisciplinary approach to care, combining medical expertise with compassion and curiosity. She remains an active member of the North American Neuromodulation Society, the American Academy of Pain Medicine, and the Spine Intervention Society.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Grant enjoys spending time with her pets, gardening, kayaking, and cooking.
